60-minute video teletherapy offers the benefits of traditional in-person therapy from the convenience of your own space. It allows for face-to-face interaction, nonverbal cues, and a secure, private setting. It's flexible, accessible, and can help to reduce barriers to care, such as transportation or distance.

Journal Therapy Subscription

This form of coaching is a great option for digital nomads, as it offers the structre of focus goals and worksheets that you can learn to incorporate into your personal wellness routine for ongoing support and growth!

You would seek out a cardiologist who has specialized knowledge and training in treating heart conditions.
