Hi, I’m Victoria Prisco, LPC, LCAT, CAADC, PMP

As an art therapist, I am dedicated to helping individuals explore their emotions, express themselves creatively, and achieve personal growth and healing through the power of art. Art has the unique ability to bypass the limitations of language and reach into the depths of our subconscious minds, allowing us to access feelings and insights that we may not be able to articulate with words alone.
My approach to therapy is holistic, taking into account each individual's unique needs, strengths, and challenges. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific goals and aspirations, whether that involves improving their mental health, overcoming trauma, developing a greater sense of self-awareness and self-esteem, or simply finding joy and fulfillment through the creative process.
As a therapist, I believe that the healing process is unique to each individual, and it requires a tailored approach to address specific needs and concerns. While art therapy can be an effective intervention for some, it is not the only method available, and I am committed to exploring various techniques to best support you.
My therapeutic approach focuses on addressing the root causes of mental and emotional distress and creating sustainable changes that will promote long-term wellness. Together, we will examine the patterns of thought and behavior that may be contributing to your current challenges, and work to adjust your mental maps and recreate healthy habits.
I recognize that past experiences, particularly those from childhood, can have a profound impact on our present thoughts and behaviors. As we work together, we will explore any patterns that may have developed as a result of emotionally unintelligent parents, and develop strategies to overcome them.
Above all, my goal as a therapist is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Whether we use art therapy, talk therapy, or other evidence-based interventions, I am committed to helping you overcome your challenges and achieve your goals. To empowering you to discover your own innate capacity for healing, growth and transformation. I feel honored and privileged to be able to serve as a guide and facilitator on this journey of self-discovery and look forward to continuing to grow and learn as a practitioner in this amazing field.
